A registered organisation in Serbia
An association, foundation, endowment or institution entered in the relevant register. Informal groups and individuals cannot apply.
WebRešenje za zajednicu
Every quarter we build one complete website — free of charge — for one registered organisation in Serbia doing community work. The domain is in the organisation's name from day one, hosting is free for 24 months, and training for independent upkeep is part of the programme.
Not a template with a swapped logo. The site is built around what the organisation actually does and what it needs a visitor to do — donate, sign up as a volunteer, call, or come to an event.
This is the most important part of the page. Programmes like this fall apart when the limits are not stated at the start, and afterwards it turns out someone had assumed something.
None of this is impossible — it simply is not free. The regular price list applies, the same as for any other client. If you need something from this list, say so in the application and you will get a straight answer.
Six conditions, no small print.
An association, foundation, endowment or institution entered in the relevant register. Informal groups and individuals cannot apply.
Activities, partners, beneficiaries or press coverage showing that the organisation genuinely works. We do not need a report — it just has to be verifiable.
The programme is open to concrete work: helping people, animal welfare, health, education, culture, sport and the environment. Parties, their organisations and political campaigns are excluded.
A named person who decides on content and is reachable during the build. Websites stall when nobody is responsible and everybody is involved.
Text, photographs and details arrive within the agreed period. If content does not arrive, the place passes to the next organisation — not out of strictness, but because there is only one place.
We state that we built your website and use it as an example in our portfolio. This is the only thing we ask in return, and we say so openly.
The application takes about fifteen minutes. No cover letter, no references, no project documentation — we ask only what we genuinely need in order to decide.
Fill in the form on this page. No attachments and no account.
At the end of the quarter we choose one organisation. Every applicant gets an answer, chosen or not.
One meeting, in person or online. Then gathering content against the list you receive. Deadline: 30 days.
Three to five weeks from the moment the content is complete. You see a review version before it goes live.
The site goes live, the domain is in the organisation's name, training lasts an hour and you keep the recording.
Small corrections and questions after handover, at no cost. After that you run the site yourself.
Applications are open all year, and each round closes on the last day of the quarter. If no application in a quarter meets the conditions, the place moves to the next quarter — we would rather skip a round than build a website nobody uses.
If you are not sure whether you meet the conditions, apply anyway and ask. You will get an answer either way.
Yes. There is no fee during the build or after handover, no co-payment and no invoice arriving later. The only thing we ask in return is permission to state publicly that we built your website.
Registered associations, foundations, endowments and institutions in Serbia with at least one year of visible community work. Political parties and organisations linked to them, informal groups and individuals cannot apply.
One per quarter, at most four a year. The programme is deliberately small so that we actually carry it out rather than merely announce it.
You do, from day one. The domain is registered to the organisation and you can transfer it to any registrar without our consent. On request you receive the complete code and content.
Hosting stops being free. At that point you choose: stay with us at the regular rate, move to another provider, or move the site yourself. There is no automatic renewal and no self-renewing contract.
You do. You receive a list of exactly what we need, page by page, with examples of length. We structure and publish the content, but we do not write it for you.
No. The programme covers a presentational site of up to eight pages. Webshops, card payments, member databases and user accounts are done at the regular price list.
Applications are open all year, and each round closes on the last day of the quarter. If no application in a quarter meets the conditions, the place moves to the next round.
Preferably not. If you have a budget line for visibility and communication that has to be accounted for anyway, come to us as a client — you will get the same quality, faster and without waiting for a round. We keep the free place for organisations that do not have that option.
Organisations financed through projects often have a budget line for visibility and communication, and the money has to be accounted for. If that is your situation, you do not need the programme — come to us as a client. We keep the free place for organisations that do not have that option. This is not a formal condition, but a request.
WebRešenje is a small company in Pančevo that builds websites and works on search visibility, with more than ten years of experience serving companies in Serbia and the region. Behind the programme is one person who does the build himself — a Dutchman who lives and works in Serbia. That means two things: you speak to the person who actually builds the site, without an intermediary, and this is not an initiative run from abroad but work in the place he lives. The programme is not pure charity and we will not pretend it is: we gain a reference we can show, and the organisation gains a website it could not otherwise afford.
Write to zajednica@webresenje.rs or call. We reply the same or the next working day.
